All four bedrooms offer generous king-size beds with air conditioning. The master suite and bedroom two have an ensuite bathroom and tub, his and her vanity, walk-in closet, fireplace, and direct access to the terrace. Bedrooms three and four share a bathroom and have access to a shared compact kitchen and television area. Greg spent 13 years raising food on his 68-acre farm in Covelo before moving to the Mendocino Coast. Presently, he owns and operates one of the coast’s most famous businesses, Roundman’s Smoke House & Butcher Shop. Here, Greg oversees and develops recipes for countless products. Greg’s involvement with creating food is his passion, and you will see that in every dish.
Greg’s cooking skills cross a broad range from Mediterranean to Japanese to Middle Eastern and Mexican. He loves to study and prepare the favorite dishes of a culture and elevate those dishes with the finest and freshest ingredients while imparting precise techniques. Greg’s inspired and unpretentious cooking sensibility is always focused on the most flavorful outcomes.
