THE VILLA

The grounds feature a half-acre of resort-style amenities: multiple lanais, an outdoor kitchen, fire pits, a koi pond, and a 50-foot saltwater pool with a waterfall grotto.
Beneath the double-pitched Hawaiian-style roof, you’ll find all the latest technology: High-efficiency air conditioning, a 10kw photovoltaic system, Lutron “graphic eye” lighting controls, Sonos wireless sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers, and remote-controlled electronic sun shades.
Downstairs, hand-hewn walnut planks grace the floors of the great room and the gourmet kitchen, and the private two-bedroom two-bath guest wing showcases Hanalei Bay and poolside views. On the upper level, there’s an office/workout room at one end, and a private master suite at the other. The master wing has a separate laundry room, a spacious dressing room with built-in cabinetry, and an indoor/outdoor fireplace along with a hot tub on the lanai. An additional guest residence with a full kitchen and laundry is located over a spacious three-car garage and storage area.
